What style of yoga is your YTT?
Amrutha Bindu Yoga is a Hatha Yoga school, in the Bihar School of Yoga tradition. This course is primarily based on this. Elements of Raja Yoga, Asana using Props and Karma Yoga are included as well.
Outside the course hours, how much time will I have to spend on assignments?
You would have 30 hours of additional work to complete independently. This includes self-practice, reflection, pre-reading for theory sessions, assignments, group assignments and class observations. You'll likely spend no more than an additional 3-5 hours per week
Can I do this course even if I have a foundational certification from a non-Yoga Alliance affiliated school?
Yes, absolutely. You can even apply to Yoga Alliance with your RYT 300 certificate (that you get from this course) without an RYT 200.
What is the format of the course?
This course is offered in a hybrid format. You are welcome to come to our studio in JP Nagar, Bangalore to study, or join online.
Can I do this course even if I haven’t done a Foundational Yoga course?
Our YTT 300 is an advanced course that presupposes your knowledge and exposure to several yoga practices, concepts and philosophies. We recommend that you check our foundational YTTC if you're starting your yoga teacher journey.
Can I still do the training even if I can’t make it to some classes?
Attending all classes is a prerequisite for ensuring a 100% learning efficiency. If you know the days you will not be able to attend in advance, please discuss your make up options with us.
