What do people say about this course?

Nilofar Haja's account of her YTT journey

ABY teachers are profoundly knowledgeable and highly dedicated. It was their eye for detail and the correct alignment that set them apart: every posture is corrected and not just done mechanically.

I'm yet to find a place where I feel yoga is taught more authentically and can be experienced as deeply, easily. Not to mention, the people here have hearts of gold and the community is one of a kind.

l loved the yoga teachers’ training course that I attended at Amruta Bindu Yoga. The teachers there are very experienced, friendly, and committed.

There is a consistency in experience that reflects clarity and simplicity of belief and principle that Sandeep and Medha personally adhere to.
