Testimonials
I have been a student of ABY for 4 years and it has always been wonderful. There is a consistency in experience that reflects clarity and simplicity of belief and principle that Sandeep and Medha personally adhere to. They have a culture which keeps the experience of the student at the centre without compromising on the basic tenets of discipline and gentle pursuit of excellence - that form the bedrock of yogic philosophy.

Yoga Teacher,

l loved the yoga teachers’ training course that I attended at Amruta Bindu Yoga. The teachers there are very experienced, friendly, and committed. Yoga has transformed my life, and I recommend the TTC 200 course from Amruta Bindu Yoga to anyone who wants to go deeper into the theory and practice of yoga.

Founder of Eka Meditation,

ABY teachers are profoundly knowledgeable and highly dedicated. It was their eye for detail and the correct alignment that set them apart: every posture is corrected and not just done mechanically. Today I teach about 20 people, all of whom have experienced yoga before and they tell me that I have an eye for detail. I would attribute this solely to my training in ABY. I was truly fortunate to have my first association with Yoga at ABY, and it has changed my life forever.
