Group Classes: Policies

At Amrutha Bindu Yoga, we follow a subscription-based model for group classes. This means you pay in advance for a fixed period of time (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly) and have access to classes within that period. Much like other subscription services, the package is tied to time rather than individual usage — your membership is active continuously for the duration purchased, whether or not you attend all classes. This ensures we can maintain consistent class quality, teacher schedules, and operational stability while also encouraging students to commit to regular practice.

Payments & Subscription
  1. All class packages must be pre-paid via our platform (PracticeNow), cash, or UPI.

  2. If you pay by UPI, please send us the transaction receipt for confirmation and billing.

  3. You may register for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.

  4. Each package begins on the date of enrolment and is valid continuously from that date.

Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations
  1. Packages are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, determined case by case by our administration.

  2. Missed or cancelled classes cannot be refunded or carried forward.

  3. Packages may not be transferred to another student.

Extensions & Freezes

We understand that illness or injury may disrupt your practice. Extensions are available only under exceptional circumstances (serious illness/injury, or similar unavoidable conditions). Packages cannot be extended for business travel or vacation dates.

Extensions are as follows:

1 month package – 3 days

(Please note that the extension is only available for a 20 class package. 12/8/4 class packages are not eligible for extension)

3 month package – 7 days

6 month package – 15 days

12 month package – 30 days

Additional rules for extensions:

  • Extensions are contiguous: they begin immediately after your package ends.

Example: If your package ends on the 10th, the extension days begin on the 11th; they cannot be deferred or shifted.

  • Frequency of extensions: Each student may avail of one extension per 6-month period, based on the calendar year:

January–June: 1 extension

July–December: 1 extension
No more than two extensions can be taken in one year.

To request an extension, you must:

  1. Speak to our Manager at +91 63663 61818, and

  2. Email your request to admin@amruthabindu.com

Studio Rights
  1. Schedules, teachers, prices, passes, memberships, and/or products are subject to change without notice. Please check with us for the most updated information.

  2. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue memberships in the rare case of misconduct or non-compliance with studio etiquette.

Courses: Policies

At Amrutha Bindu Yoga, we believe that it is our responsibility to ensure a safe, nurturing environment that promotes the welfare of our students, teachers, and the yoga community. Our policy for courses is designed to protect our students in this potentially vulnerable relationship with their teachers and to uphold the highest professional and ethical standards of service in yoga.

Tuition & Refund
  1. Upon acceptance into any of our program, the student must pay a course deposit. The deadline to pay in full is on the day of the mid-term.

  2. In case of online self-paced courses, cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 10 days of placing the order. However, cancellation request may not be entertained if the courses have begun.

  3. Amrutha Bindu Yoga will not give any refunds or credits after the training starts.

  4. If a student wishes to withdraw from the course before it begins, the deposit would be retained by Amrutha Bindu Yoga and the rest of the fee paid would be refunded within 45 days of the start of the program. However, the deposit amount retained can be applied towards a future training program or any other offerings by Amrutha Bindu Yoga. If a student must withdraw from the program for special circumstances, the program may give a partial refund to the student in the exercise of its discretion.

  5. Amrutha Bindu Yoga reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In that case any payments applicants have made will be refunded in full. An applicant who is denied admission into the program is entitled to a full refund of all money paid by them.

  6. No refunds will be given if the program removes a student from the program for bad conduct.

General Policies
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or misconduct, sexual or otherwise.

  • Amrutha Bindu Yoga is committed to promoting an environment that is free of harassment, intimidation, discrimination and retaliation for reporting violations or participating in an investigation pertaining to alleged violations of laws, Code, policies, or procedures.
