About the event
Ratha Saptami marks a traditional moment associated with the sun and disciplined effort. At Amrutha Bindu Yoga, we observe it through 108 Surya Namaskars—not as a feat of endurance, but as a study in rhythm, attention, and sustained effort.
The practice is paced, methodical, and guided, with clear options for rest and modification. Emphasis is placed on breath, sequencing, and maintaining quality of movement as repetition builds. This is less about “pushing through” and more about understanding how effort, heat, focus, and recovery interact over time.
Participants are encouraged to work intelligently within their capacity, staying attentive rather than performative. The repetition becomes a way to observe habits—physical and mental—and to practise steadiness under load.
This session is best suited for regular practitioners who want to explore discipline in a clear, structured way, and experience Surya Namaskar as a complete practice rather than a warm-up.
