Most of us begin our yoga practice with what is most tangible: our body. As we become physically healthy and less distracted with the body, we become interested in that which is lesser known.

Most forms of yoga today are dynamic, active practices designed to work half the body, the muscular half, the "yang" tissues. Yin yoga allows us to work the other half, the deeper "yin" tissue of our ligaments, joints, deep fascia networks and ever our bones, promoting flexibility and mobility.

This is a comprehensive theoretical and hands-on practice for aspiring yoga teachers and practitioners. You will also be mentored throughout the program and will also have an option to do an apprenticeship with Amrutha Bindu Yoga.
